At Wild Roads Collective, our counselling services support individuals, couples, and youth through the complexities of life. We create a safe, inclusive space to explore anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, self-esteem, and the many transitions that shape who we are — from divorce and parenthood to sobriety, serious illness, and identity shifts.
Grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches, our counselling draws on somatic practices, EMDR, ART, CBT, attachment work, mindfulness, and Relational Life Therapy. Whether you’re working through past wounds, navigating patterns like co-dependency or addiction, or healing from experiences of narcissistic abuse, we meet you where you are, with compassion and curiosity.
Restore connection, rebuild trust, and redefine intimacy through gentler, trauma-informed guidance. Together we navigate conflict, co-parenting challenges, separation or conscious uncoupling with compassion, curiosity, and a focus on nervous-system attunement.
This is care that sees your whole story and honours your pace. Here, you can begin to reconnect with the wisdom and resilience already inside you.

Kate Todd is a somatic counsellor and holistic practitioner who helps clients reconnect with themselves through body-based healing and creative expression. She believes the medicine we need is already within us, and that healing begins by listening to the wisdom of the body. Known for her warm, grounded presence, Kate creates a space where people of all identities feel seen, supported, and safe. She is deeply committed to making inclusive, trauma-informed mental health care accessible to everyone.
